Haas SuperMiniMill

The completely redesigned Super Mini Mill is enhanced with all-new FEA-optimized base and column castings, larger travels, a side-mount tool changer, and fast spindle speeds and rapids for increased production output. An all-new Y-axis washdown nozzle improves chip flow inside the machine, and a new 45-gallon (170-liter) external coolant tank simplifies maintenance. Haas UMC-750

5-axis machining is an effective means to reduce setups and increase accuracy for multi-sided and complex parts. The Haas UMC Series universal machining centers are cost-effective solutions for 3+2 machining and simultaneous 5-axis machining. The UMC-750 has an integrated dual-axis trunnion table with a 500 mm diameter platter that features standard T-slots and a precision pilot bore for fixturing versatility. The trunnion provides +120 and -35 degrees of tilt and 360 degrees of rotation to provide excellent tool clearance and large part capacity.

All-in-one cobot kit for your new machine! The Haas 10 kg Cobot Package includes everything required to run your new cobot directly from the Haas control. This kit features the HC10 Cobot with a 10 kg capacity, dual pneumatic grippers, protective barriers, a temporary mounting base*, a parts table, a part flip station, and all necessary hardware and cables.

The DC-1 is a traditional-style drill/tap machine with a 10,000-rpm BT30 spindle and high-speed turret-style tool changer to minimize cut-to-cut times and shorten cycle times. Choose the optional 15,000-rpm or 20,000-rpm spindle to cut production times even further.

The compact footprint and rear chip discharge of the DC-1 allow machines to be placed side-by-side to maximize floor space, and provide easy side access for automation systems. The machine’s one-piece, extra-wide base provides stable support for heavier parts and fixtures, and the wide-stance triangulated column increases overall rigidity.

Haas UMC-500SS

5-axis machining is an effective means to reduce setups and increase accuracy for multi-sided and complex parts. The shorter travels and compact footprints of the Haas UMC-500 Series Universal Machining Centers make them perfect solutions for 3+2 machining and simultaneous 5-axis machining of smaller parts.
