Kingston HR-3000 40″ x 120″ (not pictured)

Known as “The Workhorse” in machine shops across the country, Kingston’s heavy-duty HR model has been the industry leader in its class for nearly 40 years. At the heart of this machine is a strong and rigid headstock with a hardened and ground main spindle, which features a 4.09” bore and a 3-point bearing support system for superior cutting capability. Operators benefit from the increased control that comes with 16 spindle speeds (8 – 800 RPM) and a wider range of feeds and threading choices. The unique rib structure of the 22” bedway is made with high-quality casting to ensure greater stability and accuracy in heavy-duty applications. The HR is available in 40″ swing and length of 120”.

Haas Bar Feeder V2

The Haas Bar Feeder is a simple and affordable way to automate part production on Haas turning centers to boost productivity. It is designed and built exclusively for use on Haas turning centers, and connects directly to the Haas control. An innovative rollaway design provides easy access to the rear of the lathe spindle for quick liner adapter and spindle liner changes.
NOTE: The V2 version of the Haas Bar Feeder is compatible with Haas lathes built after 03/01/2021, with NGC control. To use the V2 bar feeder on NGC lathes built prior to 03/01/2021, a software patch may be required (available through your local HFO). Haas Bar Feeder V2 version is NOT compatible with Haas lathes with the Classic Haas Control (Coldfire).
CAUTION: Running small-diameter material in any bar feeder can be a difficult application, and may require adjusting cutting parameters and workholding to obtain the required part quality. Small-diameter, flexible bars may “whip,” even at slower turning speeds, which can reduce accuracy and affect surface finish.

Haas SuperMiniMill

The completely redesigned Super Mini Mill is enhanced with all-new FEA-optimized base and column castings, larger travels, a side-mount tool changer, and fast spindle speeds and rapids for increased production output. An all-new Y-axis washdown nozzle improves chip flow inside the machine, and a new 45-gallon (170-liter) external coolant tank simplifies maintenance. Haas UMC-750

5-axis machining is an effective means to reduce setups and increase accuracy for multi-sided and complex parts. The Haas UMC Series universal machining centers are cost-effective solutions for 3+2 machining and simultaneous 5-axis machining. The UMC-750 has an integrated dual-axis trunnion table with a 500 mm diameter platter that features standard T-slots and a precision pilot bore for fixturing versatility. The trunnion provides +120 and -35 degrees of tilt and 360 degrees of rotation to provide excellent tool clearance and large part capacity.

Haas HL50E, Fiber Laser Marking Machine

The Haas HL-50E is a fully enclosed, infrared fiber laser marking machine that combines advanced photonics and fiber optic technology to offer precise laser marking capabilities to your production line.
Equipped with an optical fiber cable instead of the typical series of lenses to concentrate and amplify the high-output, diode-generated light through a converging lens, the resulting laser beam is straighter, smaller, and more precise than other types of laser marking machines, with greater electrical efficiency and comparatively low operating costs.
This machine is suitable for most metallic materials and alloys, such as steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, silver, and iron, as well as some non-metallic materials, allowing it to be applicable across a wide range of industries—ideal for small and large manufacturing operations alike.
Haas HAC15-VS Air Compressor

This HAC15-VS, variable-speed air compressor has a 15HP motor, with a 53 gal. capacity, and a 145psi (10bar) maximum working pressure. It is designed to provide dry, filtered, compressed air to CNC machining centers and similar machinery, in order to power moving parts and generate rotational or linear movement where needed. The variable-frequency motor can adjust its motor speed to supply a non-constant rate of compressed air, better matching the real-time air demand of any given system, and lowering overall energy consumption costs.
